Bradley Moyer of Pisanchyn Law Firm — which handled the previous cases — is representing a then-13-year-old boy who “was coerced into non consensual sexual acts with their roommate while they should have been under the supervision and care of Glade Run Corporation Defendant’s staff,” according to the suit.
Nonverbal Drums woman gets $1.2M settlement from care provider
The owners of a chain of care facilities in Northeastern Pennsylvania, based in Scranton, have agreed to pay $1.2 million as a result of the care Drums resident Sandra Dunkle, 61, received at their facility in Wright Twp.

After the jury in separate underinsured motorist (“UIM”) benefits trials awarded the insured $75,000.00 in economic damages and $175,000.00 in noneconomic damages for an aggregate gross award of $250,000.00, the combined verdicts were reduced to a net UIM award of $150,000.00 to reflect a credit for the tortfeasor’s liability insurance coverage limit of $100,000.00.
Plaintiff’s passing leads to substitution in wrongful death suit against Geisinger Medical Center
