Michael A. Brady, Esquire
“Personal experience has given me a vast understanding that a continuous salary, or Workers’ Compensation benefits in its place, can mean the continued existence of a family home. This is why I focus my practice on getting workers the benefits they are entitled to after suffering an injury on the job.”

Every dollar earned was spent to provide a home and necessities for his siblings and himself. His upbringing taught him how a important a weekly paycheck was to a family of five.
Attorney Brady joined the Pisanchyn Law Firm with over 30 years of experience as a Workers’ Compensation litigator. He has tried numerous cases from the initial administrative law Judge level through the appellate courts. He’s guided both insured and self-insured company representatives throughout the workers’ compensation litigation process.
In addition to litigating Workers’ Compensation cases, Attorney Brady has participated in hundred of mediations in an effort to bring cases to successful conclusions through settlement.
