At the Pisanchyn Law Firm, we believe in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our most loyal team members—and today, we’re putting the spotlight on someone truly special: Yogi Pisanchyn, our resident Newfoundland and unofficial Chief Morale Officer.
While Yogi technically works remote most days, he does make occasional in-office appearances. When he does, the whole team perks up. Whether it’s his signature slow-motion entrance, soulful stare-downs from across the room, or a motivational nap under a desk, Yogi brings a calming energy that no Zoom meeting can replicate.
Yogi’s Specialties Include:
Staring into your soul during lunch breaks
Supervising outdoor meetings (a.k.a. walks)
Ensuring no one forgets to stop and pet the dog
Looking incredibly important while doing absolutely nothing
He may not chase ambulances, but he will chase the occasional goose. He doesn’t draft motions, but he does draft behind Mike Pisanchyn on walks. And while he’s not technically on payroll, we do suspect he’s accepting payment in treats.
When he’s not overseeing office morale, Yogi enjoys a light morning swim and aggressive napping.
Fun Fact: Yogi recently signed a lucrative deal as an influencer, along with a few of his cousins, to model in social media ads for their favorite bar and restaurant.
When asked about his future at the firm, Yogi simply offered a long blink and continued lying on his side—clearly confident in his job security.
