Attorney Nick Indovina is a partner at the Pisanchyn Law firm. Attorney Indovina completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University where he was on the Cornell Debate Team, a member of the Executive Board of the biggest fraternity, and Captain of the Varsity Sprint football team. After completing his undergraduate degree, Attorney Indovina attended the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law where he focused on litigation, and was the Captain of the National Trial Team.
Before finding his home at the Pisanchyn Law Firm, Attorney Indovina worked in Pittsburgh for regional firms that served clients all across Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio, as well as one of the biggest law firm’s in Pittsburgh which serves clients all across the United States.
Attorney Indovina has successfully litigated workers’ compensation claim petitions through decision, and received favorable decisions that resulted in awards that included over a year’s worth of back pay. He has negotiated several workers’ compensation settlements in excess of $140,000.00.
Attorney Indovina has successfully negotiated settlements for dog bite cases, motor vehicle cases, and premises liability cases pre-litigation and post litigation for hundreds of thousands of dollars. He has obtained settlements for clients when liability has been denied on multiple occasions. He has experience in litigating wrongful death and cases at the Common Pleas and Appellate level.
Attorney Indovina is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania at the State level and in the Western District of Pennsylvania at the Federal level.
He has worked for legal teams representing some of the biggest corporations in the United States and Internationally in matters of mass-tort litigation involving product liability, drug companies, and Oil & Gas companies, as well as individuals who are hurt on the job, accused of a crime, or hurt because of someone else’s negligence.
