Nick Indovina“I believe that nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. When you entrust your case in me, I vow to be unwaveringly persistent for you. I will not stop, quit, or ease up until justice is done.”

Attorney Nick Indovina is a partner at the Pisanchyn Law Firm practicing personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and workers’ compensation matters.

He has obtained favorable decisions in jurisdictions across Pennsylvania including Philadelphia and at the Appellate Court levels for both personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.

Before finding his home at the Pisanchyn Law Firm, Attorney Indovina worked in Pittsburgh and Harrisburg for regional firms that served clients all across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio in product liability, mass-tort, oil and gas, and criminal matters.

He completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University, where he was a member of the Cornell Debate Team, served on the Executive Board of the largest fraternity, and was captain of the Varsity Sprint Football team. After completing his undergraduate degree, Attorney Indovina attended the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law where he focused on litigation, and was the captain of the National Trial Team.

While not working on behalf of his clients, Attorney Indovina enjoys boxing, running, and traveling with his friends and family.

If you are injured in a car accident, or due to someone else’s negligence, choose the attorney that will represent you on both your personal injury and workers’ compensation cases simultaneously, and understands the issues that may affect both of these distinct matters.
